Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre
The Centre provides a free information service on international and domestic dispute resolution; this includes answering enquiries and advising on dispute resolution clauses and arbitrators' fees. HKIAC operates panels of international and local arbitrators of experience and holds lists of mediators. It can assist in making recommendations of suitable persons. It administers the mediation service for Hong Kong Government contracts. For international arbitrations, HKIAC recommends the use of its Procedure for Arbitration which includes the 1976 UNCITRAL Rules.

Mediation  

Association of Northern Mediators Consensus Mediation an organisation specialising in facilitating mediation; it also runs e-Mediator, a mediation process based on using the internet for the negotiation process. 

The Association of Midlands Mediators - a useful website giving information on how to approach the organisation as well as current news, details of cases and general ADR information.

CEDR - Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution

National Mediation Helpline The Helpline has been set up to provide information to the public, to businesses and lawyers and to the courts about mediation and mediators. It is an important part of the Department for Constitutional Affairs vision for civil justice that disputes should where possible be resolved without the need for parties to go to court, and the Helpline is one way of promoting this aim.
