The Academy's basic teaching concentrates on the purist facilitative model for mediation. We do not pretend it is the only way to mediate. We have, however, found that it is the easiest way to get started as a mediator and it works in most situations.
'Mediation Models' is designed for mediators with experience. It will look at difference ways of getting to 'Yes'. How to mix and match and switch models seamlessly will be examined.


This is a practical day for those wishing to continue their professional development.
