Why attend?

As an Expert you will be judged on the quality of your evidence - not just the quality of your opinion. As well as technical accuracy you must take into account:

This course is designed to give you the knowledge and experience of being in court. You will be cross-examined by a practising Barrister in a relaxed environment with a chance to learn from and to correct your mistakes, as well as to improve your technique before you go into the box.

This course can be used to good effect by the experienced practitioner to refine technique and is an essential course for the beginner.

Cross-Examination Requirement

Please note that all delegates attending this course will have the opportunity to be cross examined.

You should submit a report for cross-examination prior to attendance on the course (case studies are available). The report should not be for a current or live matter.
