The Following courses comprise the Mediation Training Programme run by The Academy. A successful entrant will have completed the Qualifying course, at least one Continuation Training day and preferably a Mediator's Tutorial.

Those qualifying gain the qualification QDR Qualified Dispute Resolver. They are then eligible for entry to The Academy's Register of Qualified Dispute Resolvers the only published volume available to Solicitors and the Legal Profession.

All of the below courses are non-residential taking place over one or two (Qualifying Course) days. The courses are usually held at The Academy's of Experts  in Gray's Inn, London although for groups alternative arrangements can be made. Click on the module to see synopsis of each part of the course.

In addition courses can and are held anywhere in the world where there is sufficient demand.
